What Roomrise doesn't do yet

Stated right on the capability page, not buried in an internal document.

  • Reports reflect the data entered into the system. Bookings recorded outside Roomrise will not appear in the numbers.

Clear answers before you start

The questions we hear most, including what Roomrise doesn't do yet.

How many channels does Roomrise connect to?
Roomrise connects directly to 7 OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com, Google Hotels and Traveloka) and to your own direct booking page. 61 other sales channels worldwide connect through the same mechanism. Tell us where you sell and we'll set that channel up.
Do I pay more for using more channels?
No. Pricing doesn't depend on the number of channels. A unit or room sold on several channels still counts once, and the first connection to each OTA is included. You only pay VND 49,000 per extra connection per month when the same property connects to an OTA it already uses, such as a second Agoda account.
Do higher packages cost more?
No. The four packages are four size bands, not four capability tiers. The same price formula applies to all of them, and no part of the product sits behind a higher package. Your monthly fee depends only on the number of active units or rooms.
How do you price several properties?
Each property is priced with the same formula, and the totals are added up. Above 30 units, we prepare a custom quote.
Do prices include VAT, and do you issue invoices?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT invoices are issued in line with Vietnamese regulations. The invoice is issued by ANGIA RESIDENCE COMPANY LIMITED for the software subscription. To be clear: Roomrise does not issue e-invoices to your guests yet, and it does not replace accounting software.
Will AI change my prices on its own?
Not unless you turn it on. By default, AI makes a suggestion and you decide. You set the level of automation step by step.
Is the Roomrise workspace available in English?
Not yet. The workspace, your guest booking page and the emails guests receive are in Vietnamese today, and billing is in VND. Guest messages are the exception: AI Reply drafts answers in the language the guest writes in, with a Vietnamese translation for your team to check before sending.
