Privacy policy

This page states exactly what the web.roomrise.vn website collects, no more and no less. Updated September 23, 2026.

This page is a translation of the Vietnamese original. If the English and Vietnamese versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

What this website collects

There is exactly one place on this website that receives your data: the demo request form. When you submit that form, we receive:

  • The name you enter
  • Your phone number
  • Your email, if you provide one (optional)
  • The property type and size you choose
  • The product area you want to preview, if you choose one
  • The time you submit, and your device type (phone or computer)
  • Where you came from: the first page you opened, the referring source, and any campaign parameters on the link (utm_source, utm_campaign…). This is information about which ad brought you here, not information about you.

Outside that form, this website has no other input field that sends data to the server.

What it's used for

Exactly one purpose: so Roomrise staff can contact you back and schedule your demo. We do not use this information to send mass advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Measuring visits, and what this website doesn't do

This website measures two things, and neither one sets a cookie:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views.
  • A counter built by Roomrise itself records actions such as opening the pricing page or clicking the demo button, to know which parts of the website are useful. This data stays on our own server and isn't sent to anyone.

That counter only receives the action name, the page path, and the button's position on the page. It does not receive your name, phone number, email, or anything you type. This is enforced by a fixed list in the code, not by a promise.

This website has no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no session-recording tool, and no advertising network.

Because no tracking cookie is set, this website also shows no cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, this page will change first.

Where data is kept

On Roomrise's own servers, located in Vietnam. Only Roomrise staff responsible for customer contact can read it.

This website runs behind a network intermediary (Cloudflare) for attack protection and faster loading. That service processes the technical data of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, strictly for its protection and content-delivery function.

The server also keeps ordinary technical access logs (IP address, path, timestamp) to detect incidents and attacks.

Accounts on this website

The website's customer account layer (Google sign-in, the service package and billing pages) is not open yet on the version currently running. When it opens, this page will be updated first to state exactly which Google data is received and where it's stored.

The management software that paying customers use runs on a separate system, not this website, and has its own policy.

How you request deletion

Tell us using one of the two methods below, stating the phone number you used when you submitted the form. We will delete your demo request information and confirm back to you.

You also have the right to request what we hold about you, and to request a correction if something is wrong.
