Before using Roomrise

Each property type gets stuck in its own way

Small hotels

  • The next shift gets a handover by word of mouth, a notebook or a text message. Miss one line and the whole day is missing.
  • A rate gets changed on one channel, another channel is forgotten, and a guest books a date that is already sold out.
  • You only find out which week had low occupancy at month end, too late to change the rate.
  • Housekeeping reports over a radio, and the front desk is never quite sure which rooms are actually clean.

Homestays & apartments

  • Units are scattered across several buildings, and it's hard to keep track of which are vacant and which have guests.
  • The owner is not on site and has to call to ask whether cleaning is done.
  • A unit is listed on several channels: forget to update one and the rates mismatch right away.
  • No one is at a computer all day, so everything has to be done from a phone.

Multi-property

  • Each property reports its own way, and combining them to compare takes half a day.
  • A manager at one property can see another property's data, even without needing it.
  • Occupancy and ADR are calculated with a different formula at each property, so the comparison is never quite trustworthy.
  • The group owner has to wait for every property to send its numbers before seeing the full picture.

Many property types, one way to run them

Six common setups, from a small hotel to a multi-property operator. Each one turns on the parts it needs and leaves the rest alone.

Small hotel · 18 rooms

Seven in the morning: eleven rooms check out at once while the tour bus is already parked outside.

All six units are full on weekends and one is left on weekdays. The rate has to change night by night.

Monthly stays sit next to one-night stays. Housekeeping needs to know which units get a deep clean and which a quick turn.

Multi-property · 3 properties

Three properties, three people on shift. On Friday night the owner needs one total, not three separate sheets.

Clear answers before you start

The questions we hear most, including what Roomrise doesn't do yet.

How many channels does Roomrise connect to?
Roomrise connects directly to 7 OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com, Google Hotels and Traveloka) and to your own direct booking page. 61 other sales channels worldwide connect through the same mechanism. Tell us where you sell and we'll set that channel up.
Do I pay more for using more channels?
No. Pricing doesn't depend on the number of channels. A unit or room sold on several channels still counts once, and the first connection to each OTA is included. You only pay VND 49,000 per extra connection per month when the same property connects to an OTA it already uses, such as a second Agoda account.
Do higher packages cost more?
No. The four packages are four size bands, not four capability tiers. The same price formula applies to all of them, and no part of the product sits behind a higher package. Your monthly fee depends only on the number of active units or rooms.
How do you price several properties?
Each property is priced with the same formula, and the totals are added up. Above 30 units, we prepare a custom quote.
Do prices include VAT, and do you issue invoices?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT invoices are issued in line with Vietnamese regulations. The invoice is issued by ANGIA RESIDENCE COMPANY LIMITED for the software subscription. To be clear: Roomrise does not issue e-invoices to your guests yet, and it does not replace accounting software.
Will AI change my prices on its own?
Not unless you turn it on. By default, AI makes a suggestion and you decide. You set the level of automation step by step.
Is the Roomrise workspace available in English?
Not yet. The workspace, your guest booking page and the emails guests receive are in Vietnamese today, and billing is in VND. Guest messages are the exception: AI Reply drafts answers in the language the guest writes in, with a Vietnamese translation for your team to check before sending.
