Look it up before you talk to anyone
The scope of each channel, the full pricing formula, and how Roomrise defines its operating numbers. Enough to judge for yourself before you book a demo.
32 cells, no cell left meaning nothing
Most property management software publishes one lumped number for connected channels. That number doesn't say which channel syncs guest messages and which only carries the calendar and rates.
The table right below states it cell by cell: 8 channels × 4 capabilities, 28 cells filled and 4 not yet. 61 more channels connect through the same mechanism but don't have dedicated support built yet, and that is stated too, not hidden.

No two channels sync the same thing
This table is the one place on the site that states each channel's scope. If a channel you need isn't here, ask about it in the demo.
One formula, you can add it up yourself
A monthly base fee plus a fee per active unit. No price jumps, no fee hidden behind a feature.
VND 29,000 + VND 49,000 × unit
A base fee of VND 29,000 per month, plus VND 49,000 for each active unit in that month.
VND 455,000 + VND 15,000 × room
A base fee of VND 455,000 per month, plus VND 15,000 for each active room in that month.
The same word, the same denominator
Two systems giving two different numbers for the same month is usually not about the numerator, but the denominator. Here is how Roomrise calculates it.
- Occupancy
- Nights sold divided by nights available in the period. The denominator is calculated day by day then added up, not the current room count multiplied by the number of days. A room paused mid-period doesn't skew the number.
- ADR
- Room revenue divided by nights sold. Only nights with a guest count, so ADR isn't pulled down by empty rooms.
- RevPAR
- Room revenue divided by nights available. Different from ADR in the denominator: RevPAR carries the empty rooms too, so it speaks to the whole property's performance, not just the rate level.
- Availability
- How many rooms of a room type are still sellable for one specific night. This is the number pushed out to connected channels.
- Close out
- Block a room type from sale for a date range, even if rooms are still open. Used to hold rooms for something else or when a property is temporarily closed.
- Direct booking
- A booking that doesn't go through a middle channel: a guest calls, messages, or books on the property's own website. In Roomrise it sits in the same list as bookings from sales channels.

Terms and scope are written down so two people on the same shift read them the same way, not to be read alone and forgotten.
Not finding what you need
This page only has what can be looked up without asking anyone. Everything else needs a person to listen and answer. Your property has an unusual setup, a channel isn't in the table, or a workflow doesn't match the three property types above.
Roomrise doesn't have a help center or public API docs yet. The only path available today is the demo, and it comes with a real person, not a self-guided trial.
